Organizations can offer web-based mentoring to their entire workforce, helping to build a unified culture that bridges the divide between departments, locations, job levels, and even workforce initiatives. In fact, a new study by Triple Creek Associates, makers of Open Mentoring®, found that web-based mentoring positively impacts employee retention and productivity. Out of 361 respondents, 85% reported a positive connection between mentoring and factors that impact retention, and 81% reported a positive connection on factors that impact productivity.
